WHAT'S INCLUDED

3 Original Logo Concepts

You'll receive three unique logo directions created based on the information provided in your brand questionnaire. These are different creative concepts — not simply colour changes of the same logo.

2 Rounds of Revisions

Once you select your preferred concept, you'll receive up to 2 revision rounds to refine the design.

Revision rounds may include:

• Font adjustments

• Colour changes

• Layout or spacing changes

• Minor icon or graphic adjustments

• Tagline placement

• Small design refinements

A revision round can include multiple notes submitted together. Additional revision rounds can be purchased if needed.

Final Logo Suite

Once your logo is approved, you'll receive multiple versions so your branding works across different applications.

Your final package includes:

• Primary logo

• Secondary/alternate logo

• Logo mark or icon, where applicable

• Full-colour version

• Black version

• White/reversed version

• Transparent-background versions

FINAL FILES

You'll receive approximately 12–20 professionally exported files, depending on the logo design and variations required.

For Web & Digital

• PNG — high-resolution with transparent background

• JPG — high-resolution

• SVG — scalable vector file ideal for websites and digital use

For Professional Printing

• PDF — print-ready vector file

Colour Formats

• RGB versions for screens, websites and social media

• CMYK versions for professional printing

Your files will be organized and clearly labelled so you'll know which version to use.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

1. Purchase Your Logo Package

After checkout, we'll send you a brand questionnaire to learn more about your business, audience, style preferences, colours and overall vision.

2. Creative Direction

Using your questionnaire responses, we'll develop three original logo concepts for you to review.

3. Choose Your Favourite

You'll select one logo concept to move forward with.

4. Refinements

We'll complete up to two revision rounds on your selected design.

5. Final Approval

Once the design is approved, we'll prepare your complete professional logo package.

6. Receive Your Files

You'll receive all final logo files ready for web, social media, print, signage and other business applications.

TIMELINE

Initial concepts are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after receiving your completed questionnaire and all required information.

Revisions are typically returned within 2–3 business days per revision round.

Typical project completion: 1–2 weeks, depending on feedback and response time.

PLEASE NOTE

The $350 package includes the creation and refinement of one final logo identity.

It does not include:

• Full brand strategy

• Business naming

• Tagline development

• Custom illustration

• Mascot design

• Packaging design

• Social media templates

• Website design

• Full brand guidelines

These services can be added separately if required.

Additional revision rounds: $50/round

Major changes in creative direction after a concept has been selected may require an additional design fee.

• Examples or inspiration, if available

Logo design is a collaborative process. Clear feedback and completed questionnaires help us create a design that accurately represents your business.

Once the final logo has been approved and the project has been paid in full, you receive the rights to use the final approved logo for your business across digital and printed marketing materials.

Unused concepts, drafts and preliminary designs remain the property of AMilli Creative Studio and are not included in the final deliverables.

Due to the custom nature of our design services, all sales are final once work has begun.

If you need to cancel your order before design work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. A refund may be issued, less any payment processing fees.

Once initial concepts or design work have been started or delivered, refunds are not available. Your purchase covers the creative time, research and work completed throughout the design process.

We want you to love your final design, which is why this package includes 2 rounds of revisions to refine your selected concept.

Digital files cannot be returned or exchanged once final files have been delivered.
